A major fishing port with award-winning sandy beaches. The first ever Scottish Lighthouse was built here and is now part of Museum of Scottish Lighthouses. Thomas Blake Glover spent his childhood here. He founded the modern Japanese Navy and the successful Mitsubishi motor car company. Visit Fraserburgh Heritage Centre, the working meal mill at nearby Sandhaven and the Bronze Age burial cairn at Memsie.
