Just north of Leighton Buzzard, Heath and Reach is surrounded by large areas of woodland and open heath.
There is a charming redbrick wellhouse and clock tower on Heath Green in the centre of the village, and thatched cottages in Lane“s End.
As part of the Greensand Ridge, Heath and Reach boasts some of the most beautiful countryside in the district, and has Stockgrove Country Park within its boundary. In 2000, after a lot of hard work, a group of local volunteers and parish councillors proudly opened the “Millennium Garden“, which is in the centre of the village (corner of Old Linslade Road) and open for the whole to enjoy.
