North Moreton is a small Downland village in South Oxfordshire with just 350 inhabitants, but it has a big sense of community spirit.
Some of its ancient houses date back to the 14th century. All Saints“ Church was built mainly in the 13th and 15th centuries and its Chantry Chapel has a fine stained glass window, which is attributed to the master glassmakers of Westminster Abbey.
The M.C.C. (The Moreton Cricket Club, rather than its London counterpart) was founded by the Rector in 1858.
